Energocontract is DuPont's first partner under the Nomex® Quality Programme
DuPont has officially awarded the Nomex® Quality Programme certificate to Energocontract, a manufacturer of premium heat-resistant protective clothing. This certificate confirms that Energocontract’s products comply with DuPont's demanding requirements for heat-resistant garments and have successfully passed the rigorous testing at the DuPont Technical Center in Meyrin, Switzerland.
For more than 10 years the closed joint-stock company Energocontract (ZAO FPG Energocontract) has been developing, manufacturing and supplying individual sets of protective clothing made from the Nomex® fabric designed for protection from an electric arc effect and other thermal hazards. High quality of the products, innovations/unique designs, product conformity to the high quality standards set by the globally leading science-based company DuPont and proven by multiple tests, understanding of end consumer needs – all those factors were taken into consideration when choosing the awardee of the honorary certificate.
"DuPont closely interacts with manufacturers of Nomex® branded yarns, fabrics and finished garments. The best manufacturers enter the Nomex® Quality Programme (NQP). The NQP Certificate and Label provide a warranty of high quality and reliable safety for the user. DuPont has long-standing and rewarding cooperation with Energocontract, a manufacturer of protective wear made from Nomex® heat-resistant fabrics complying with DuPont's high quality standards," – marked Sergii Gorban, Head of DuPont Personal Protection – Eastern Europe.
