DuPont presented innovative solutions for the food industry during a workshop on ice-cream manufacturing technology
DuPont presented a range of technical solutions used in ice cream manufacturing at a workshop on April 9-11, 2008 in Yalta. The participants showed a special interest in Sontara® nonwoven wipes, milk shake packing bags and Qualicon bacteriological analysers from DuPont.
DuPont cooling agents ISCEON®, also shown at the workshop, are used extensively in ice-cream making equipment. Participation in the workshop allowed the customers to establish new business relations, as well as extend their product range.
