DuPont has been named one of the “10 Best Employers in Korea” by Hewitt Associates -- a leading global human resources service and consulting company -- for its outstanding commitment to core values and employee engagement in business growth.
"We are very pleased to be named one of the best employers in Korea," said Cheoroo Won, country manager, Korea. "During my 28 years with the company, I have seen DuPont consistently put its core values into practice. This provides ample opportunities for people to grow. We shall continue to advance our core values to continue to be one of the best employers in Korea."
A designated panel of judges made the selection based on six months of survey analysis and evaluation. More than 50 percent of employees from each participating company completed opinion surveys designed by Hewitt. Each company’s human resources organization was evaluated as well. The panel of judges focused on two indexes – employee engagement and alignment.
