Fire Protection ‘Heats Up’ Russian Exhibition

DuPont recently participated in the “Fire Safety of the 21
st Century” exhibition in Moscow, Russia. The event reinforces fire safety and is supported by the Administration of the President of Russian Federation and other major institutions and organizations.
DuPont presented firefighting and safety solutions including firefighting foams made of DuPont™ Forafac® fluorinated surfactants, and DuPont™ Tychem® F2 chemical protective coveralls. A new design of a DuPont™ Nomex® garment for firefighters was introduced. It was developed by DuPont and PozhTekhService -- one of the leaders in Russian firefighter apparel -- with the support of DuPont technical specialists after it met all tests at the DuPont Meyrin Technical Center in Switzerland.
