“Clear into the Future,” DuPont's Delaware Estuary initiative, recently won a prestigious award from the Philadelphia chapter of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).  PRSA recently announced the award at its 40th annual Pepperpot Award dinner. This marks the second consecutive year DuPont received a PRSA award for work related to the “Clear into the Future” program.

“Recognition from PRSA for two consecutive years validates our efforts,” said Sheryl Telford, director, DuPont Corporate Remediation Group.  "It is an honor to receive this award by such an esteemed third-party."

DuPont received a "Ladle" award for a workbook designed as a take-home piece for elementary school students, functioning in conjunction with Clear into the Future's acclaimed Professor Green assembly program.

The “Clear into the Future” initiative is designed to preserve and enhance the beauty and integrity of the Delaware Estuary for future generations by working with local civic and community groups.  The DuPont program strives to secure a healthy future for the living and working river.
