More than 60 DuPont employees recently participated in the first Asia Pacific product stewardship “kickoff” meeting in Shanghai, China.
Attending were 11 country experts, more than 25 business product stewardship resources and DuPont Vice President & Chief Sustainability Officer Linda Fisher. The meeting allowed participants to network, benchmark, train, and learn about product stewardship as well as share best practices and challenges. Topics included product stewardship standards and management systems, consumer products and product stewardship reviews, regulatory compliance, and business and country updates.
“The level of discussion and participation was excellent and is indicative of the importance of product stewardship to DuPont businesses. We look forward to the energetic commitment and business leadership of those who gathered in Shanghai as we continue to strengthen our global program,” Linda said.
