DuPont China recently became the first recipient of the “Corporate Health Management Award” at the China Human Resources Management Grand Award (CEHRA) ceremony. The award is a newly established category that aims to recognize company efforts around employee health management.
“DuPont has a long history of safety culture and an effective safety management system, which lays a strong foundation for our health management,” said Victoria Wang, general manager, human resources, China.
DuPont China integrates safety, health and sustainable development into its management practices to provide care for employees. Some examples include the Employee Assistance Program, medical benefits packages and employee safety efforts. The Integrated Health Services team plays a critical role in planning and implementing projects in these areas.
The ceremony was held by the China Enterprise Evaluation Association, the China Human Resources Development Research Center, and the CEHRA committee.
