Celebrating the 8th annual Food Quality Award are Marcos Cantharino, Mark Wright, Dan White, Craig Wilson, Beckjo Smith and Rick Biros.

Hundreds of people, including some from top food companies in the U.S., gathered at the recent Food Quality Award ceremony hosted by DuPont Qualicon in Washington, D.C.  In addition to honoring this year’s winner, poultry producer Fieldale Farms, the audience heard insights from keynote speaker Craig Wilson, vice-president of food safety at Costco Wholesale, Inc.

Following the ceremony, several employees from Qualicon were invited to share their expertise, and talk about emerging trends and food safety issues on the Jim Bohannon Show – a show that is broadcast to hundreds of affiliate radio stations in the U.S.
