What Makes DuPont Mexico Una Súper Empresa?

DuPont has been named
Súper Empresa 2009 – or a “super company” – in Mexico for the eighth consecutive year by
Expansion business magazine and
TOP Companies consulting firm.
On the overall list, DuPont ranked No. 8 – up nine places from last year – and earned first place for its working environment, third for policies and procedures, and fifth for employee communications.
The ranking was based on a survey conducted among 260,000 employees from 510 companies in 164 cities in Mexico. Job opportunities, work hours, salaries and other criteria were evaluated by TOP Companies and audited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
“This kind of recognition highlights our commitment to our employees as one of our main assets,” said Antonio Macias, human resources director, DuPont Mexico.
