The Papalote Children’s Museum in Mexico City, recently opened a climate change exhibit. DuPont is one of the primary sponsors.
The objective of the exhibit is for children, teachers and parents to learn about climate change through exhibits and seminars that discuss the impact and solutions being developed by organizations worldwide, including companies such as DuPont.
“It is important for us to support this kind of initiative, where education and science come together to build the knowledge of Mexican children,” said Guillermo Kareh, external affairs director, DuPont Latin America, and legal director, DuPont Mexico. “We feel that what is good for business must also be good for the environment.”
DuPont Mexico works with the Papalote Children’s Museum on many activities, including: remodeling of the science pavilion; a safety exhibition; conferences about safety and security for museum employees, and; sponsorships that enable students to visit the museum.
