With a “Chase” spot secured, Jeff Gordon was looking for a win – plus bonus points – at the Chevy Rock and Roll 400 in Richmond, Va.

During Saturday's 400-lap race, much of the attention was focused on "who was in" and "who was out" among the 12 drivers that battled for the championship. Jeff and the No. 24 team were already “in,” so the only question that remained was whether they would enter the post-season with 10 or 20 bonus points.

"We're in a good position for this weekend's race since we've already locked up a 'Chase' spot," Jeff said before the race. "For us, it's about going after the win and the 10 bonus points that go along with it."
