The Fresh light of Corian®
Light is immaterial but is transformed by materials. The art of transforming light through the creative combination of materials, of innovative shapes, of never-tried-before design solutions, has reached a new frontier in recent years. A frontier breached by a material that offers designers superior modeling possibilities as well as unique aesthetic, tactile and sensorial qualities and a special capability to interpret light. This material is DuPont™ Corian® techno-surface, known and used worldwide by creative professionals and companies from a wide variety of cultures in an extensive and almost unlimited range of applications.
With “The Fresh Light of Corian®” exhibition, DuPont celebrates the ability of DuPont™ Corian® to provide a fresh innovative input to lighting design, in an exhibition presenting a variety of imaginative lighting objects. These objects are conceived by creative professionals from countries that are increasingly demonstrating their capability of offering new contributions to the worldwide design arena.
