Christine G. Greco

Human Resources Director

Executive Biography

Christine G. Greco is the Director of Human Resources for DuPont Canada.

Ms. Greco started her career with the Workers Compensation Board as a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Worker. In 1994, Ms. Greco joined GE Appliances in Labour Relations and held various Human Resource Manager Positions for a number of groups.  Mrs. Greco attained her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification while at GE.

In 2001 she joined Astra Zeneca as the Human Resource Director with leadership responsibility for Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Finance and IT. She led all aspects of the post merger global transformation at Astra Zeneca. 

In 2002, Ms. Greco joined Molson Canada holding both the title of Organizational Development and Leadership Director, and Human Resource and People Development Director. She led the leadership development programs from entry to Global executive levels. She was also instrumental in leading the merger between Molson and Coors, establishing company values, performance management processes, as well as development and career pathing processes.

Ms. Greco joined DuPont in her current role in October 2007. 

Born in Canada, Ms. Greco graduated with honors from McMaster University where she obtained a Bachelor in Labour Studies. She furthered her education at the University of Toronto with a Masters in Industrial Relations.

Mrs. Greco resides in Burlington with her husband Tony Lewis and two sons, Joshua and Zachary.
