Executive Biography
Anita Ho is the Director of Information Systems with E. I. du Pont Canada Company. Ms. Ho provides leadership and stewardship of Information Systems Capability and Strategy Development to support DuPont Canada businesses and has applied Six Sigma methodology to drive productivity and process improvement in Canada. She is also a member of the Information Systems’ Global Organization Development Team.
Ms. Ho began her career at DuPont in 1982, when she joined the Information Systems department in Hong Kong. Prior to her DuPont Canada assignment, she was the Regional Business Information Systems Leader for Crop Protection and Pioneer, as well as the Six Sigma Champion for Information Systems in Asia Pacific. In support of the regional customer segmentation strategy for Crop Protection, Ms. Ho developed an Information System strategy and architecture for a Customer Relationship Management database.
Ms. Ho has also held several key leadership positions in Information Systems while working for DuPont in Asia Pacific, such as Regional Emerging Technology/eBusiness Leader, Regional DISO officer and Hong Kong Information Systems Manager.
Ms. Ho holds a Master of Management degree in Information Technology Management from Macquarie University, Australia. She co-led the DuPont Women’s network, Chairman of Education and Safety Committee programs while working in Asia-Pacific.
Ms. Ho lives in Mississauga with her husband and son.
