Gloria L. Pennycook

Business Director of the DuPont Chemical Solution Enterprise in Canada, DCSE REACH Business Leader and the Canadian Marketing Director

Executive Biography

Gloria Pennycook is the Business Director of the DuPont Chemical Solution Enterprise in Canada, DCSE REACH Business Leader and the Canadian Marketing Director. In this role, she leads a team of business people who are charged with growing DuPont in Canada, as well as developing global businesses from Canada. In addition, in her REACH role, she is leading the initiative with the businesses to successfully implement the new REACH European Chemical legislation across DCSE globally.

Recently as the Food Market Leader in DCSE, she was leading the development of a new strategic business for DuPont in the Food industry.

Ms. Pennycook began her career at DuPont in 1980 when she joined the Plastics Division as a Sales Representative for Engineering Polymers and polyethylene. Subsequent roles were Production Manager for Modified Polymers in Sarnia, Business Process Engineering Consultant, Marketing Manager, Printing and Publishing and Human Resources/Finance Manager for Crop Protection.

In 1997, Ms. Pennycook was named Business Director of Fluoroproducts and added Director of e-Business in 2001. She was named into her current role in 2003.

Born in Montreal, Canada, Ms. Pennycook graduated with honors from the University of McGill with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.

Ms. Pennycook resides in Campbville with her husband Robert Findlay and has a stepdaughter named Heather.
