Executive Biography
Glen Wood is the Operations Director for E.I. du Pont Canada Company.
His career with DuPont began in 1969 when he joined the Kingston technical group as an Engineer. Since then Mr. Wood has held various management positions at sites in Canada and the United States.
In 1980 Mr. Wood was named HR Manager at the Kingston Site. In 1988 he transferred to Sales in Lycra XA™, and in 1992 became Global Business Manager for Lycra XA™, working out of the Mississauga head office.
Mr. Wood relocated back to Kingston Site and assumed the position of Site Manager in 1995. Six years later he became the Director of Operations and Engineering for DuPont Canada.
In 2004 Mr. Wood was transferred to the United States to assume the role of Global Operations Business Leader for the DuPont Titanium Technologies business.
Mr. Wood relocated back to Canada to assume his current position in January, 2007.
Mr. Wood was born in Canada and graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
