Chairman and CEO
Charles O. (Chad) Holliday, Jr., is chairman and CEO. He has been with DuPont for more than 30 years. Chad has been chief executive officer since February 1, 1998, and chairman since December 31, 1998. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he received his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. He is former chair of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and is currently chair of The Business Council, a group of leading U.S. CEOs.
