A director since April 2009, Mr. Bodman formerly served as United States Secretary of Energy. Mr. Bodman previously served as Deputy Secretary of the Treasury and Deputy Secretary of Commerce. Prior to beginning his government service, he was chairman, chief executive officer, and a director of Cabot Corporation, a global producer of specialty chemicals and materials. Mr. Bodman is a trustee of Cornell University.
