Mr. Tan Lam Chuan is Country Manager of DuPont Vietnam and Business Development Manager of Du Pont Far East Inc., Vietnam.  He joined DuPont in May 2001.

He began his career as a mechanical engineer before moving to major multinational companies in the chemical industry – ARCO Chemical, Lyondell and Bayer.

Prior to his role as head of DuPont Vietnam, Mr. Tan was Sales Manager of DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise or DCSE to drive DCSE business growth in ASEAN.  In April 2003, Mr. Tan was promoted as Asia Pacific Regional Sales Leader of Performance Lubricants business of DCSE to expand A/P distribution channel and network.  Later in January 2007, he was appointed the Global Sales Leader of Performance Lubricants business of DCSE.

Mr. Tan graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering.  He obtained his MBA from University of Adelaide in Australia.  He is married with 1 son and 2 daughters.  All of them currently stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
