New Installation Information from DuPont Packaging Graphics Europe MEA Asterix+ Increases Productivity with DuPont™ Cyrel® FAST

The in-plant printing facility at
Asterix+ , based in ,St. Petersburg – Russia, recently installed a Cyrel® FAST 1000TD and a computer-to-plate system Cyrel® Digital Imager Spark from DuPont to update technology.
Since the installation of the new Cyrel® FAST thermal plate making system, the shop reports increases in productivity due to the equipment’s easy integration into its prepress and platemaking department. The shop also reports significant advantages from its new Cyrel® Digital Imager. A DuPont customer for more than 3 years, Asterix+ specializes in manufacturing of self-adhesive labels in web of any complexity. Its technical facilities allow manufacturing of self-adhesive labels applying the most up-to-date technologies, as well as combining several technologies on a single label. Asterix+ produces all their printing plates for the company. Asterix+ is a part of holding consisted of 2 plants. The sister company, Kontur+ is located in Moscow where since quite a while they are enjoying the advantages of their Cyrel® FAST and Cyrel® Digital Imager.
