The steering team of the 7th International Grand Prix Cyrel® is pleased to announce the President and Jury Chairman and support personnel for the selection of the winners of the 2006 International Grand Prix Cyrel® scheduled to be held in spring next year.
Today, Wolfgang Klos-Geiger was nominated President and Jury Chairman.
Two consultants, Ellen Richter – DuPont (Germany) and Laura Restrepo – Ninetynine Networks (Germany) have been appointed to help the Jury Chairman and the Jury Members. Karin Thomson – DuPont (Germany) has been appointed Secretary.
The jurors convention will be in Bad-Homburg, Germany during the summer in 2006.
"A unique bank of flexo printed packaging is being amassed in Bad-Homburg, Germany thanks to the 14 local 2005 Grand Prix Cyrel® awards, the EFTA and FlexoTech awards as well as the FTA awards. It is encouraging to note that interest in taking part in the nomination process is constantly on the increase. For the local 2005 Grand Prix Cyrel® awards alone, more than 1700 entries were received. Our hope is that the Grand Prix Cyrel® awards, in addition to raising the awareness of flexo capability and quality, will also lead to the adoption of more flexo printed packaging", commented Pier Luigi Sassanelli, Marketing Communications and Brand manager, DuPont Packaging Graphics Europe MEA.
The complete list of jurors with their biographies and photographs will be issued in the next few days along with additional 2006 International Grand Prix Cyrel® details.
