Köstlin – Reproduktion und Druckform GmbH & Co KG installed a new DuPont™ Cyrel® FAST TD4260. The thermal developer can process plates up to 42 inch (1,067 mm) in width and 60 inch (1,525 mm) in length with a thickness up to 0.112 inch (2.84 mm).
The Cyrel® FAST TD4260 is based on the world famous DuPont™ Cyrel® FAST platform for thermal development of photopolymer flexo plates that amongst many others awards, was also credited with the TLMI's first Environmental Leadership Award. The new thermal processor comes in response to the very strong interest demonstrated by tradeshops and printers all over the world.
Cyrel® FAST is a unique technology, which makes a significant difference in platemaking workflows allowing DuPont customers to take advantage of its high performance output while gaining from the overall quality. Cyrel® FAST increases tradeshops’ and printers’ capacity and helps them in gaining new Flexo business from other printing processes.
Köstlin – Reproduktion und Druckform GmbH & Co KG is a qualitative high-end tradeshop for flexographic printing plates. The company Köstlin, located in Stuttgart, is well known due to their long history. For the Offset application the offering includes digital and analog high Quality coating plates, which can be used for partial varnish application on high quality Offset applications.
