DuPont has announced the supply of an ESKO - Cyrel® Digital Imager, CDI Spark and DuPont™ Cyrel® 3000 plate making system to repro house, Beniteko of St.Petersburg, Russia. Beniteko handles file preparation and prepress work for all types of flexographic applications ranging from labels to corrugated board. The equipment will allow the company to expand its production capacity and optimise plate quality.

The CDI Spark 4835 supplied is capable of the production of flexographic photopolymer plates up to 1200 mm (47.2") lengths х 900 mm (35.4") widths. Features include reliable high-speed fibre laser with multi-beam optics and integrated plate loading table.

The Cyrel® 3000 system operates with plates in formats of up to 1,300 mm (51.2") x 2,000 mm (78.7") and includes washout processor, post-exposure and finishing and drying. Modules are simple to operate and maintain, and provide maximum reliability and efficiency.
