DuPont has announced that it has completed launching the plate making department at the new Tetra Pak plant in Lobnya. The department produces flexo printing plates and is fully equipped with DuPont systems.

The platemaking workshop has two lines, each of which includes:

• Cyrel® Digital Imager, ESKO-Artwork CDI Spark 4260. The device can process large size plates - up to 1067 mm  x 1524 mm.
• DuPont™ Cyrel® 2000 ECLF, combined device for exposure, post exposure and light finishing operations.
• DuPont™ Cyrel® 2000 P, solvent processor for plate size up to 1070 mm x 1530 mm.
• DuPont™ Cyrel® Microflex MC 1320, mounting system.

In addition, the following equipment is installed at the department: DuPont™ Cyrel® 2000 D dryer, DuPont™ Cyrel® 2000 DLF combined device for drying, post exposure and finishing, cutting tables and plate punch, washing solvent distillery unit and different measurement equipment.
