The Cyrel® FAST Thermal Developer 4260 represents the standard for the architecture of the advanced generation of the Cyrel® FAST platform developed by DuPont. It allows with its compact design and its wider format trade shops, printers/converters and others to produce high-quality flexographic plates by combining the efficiency and speed of digital plate-making with the productivity and environmental benefits of dry, thermal plate processing. Cyrel® FAST 2000 ECLF is the leading edge exposure, light finisher and post-exposure unit, designed to image all Cyrel® photopolymer plates, including Cyrel® FAST. The cooled exposure bed can accommodate a plate up to 1,067 x 1,524 mm (42 inch x 60 inch).

The Cyrel® FAST system is the logical next step for the smallest complete and compact digital workflow. Using digital imaging, Flexography offers the best balance of quality, flexibility and cost-effectiveness for all packaging applications.
Cyrel® Digital Imager (CDI) uses external drum imaging technology to deliver exceptional image quality. With screen rulings up to 200 lpi and the ability to image halftones from 1-99% dot, the image quality competes head-to-head with the offset and gravure printing processes. The increasing speed of CDI technology – currently 8 sqm/hour – is driving the need for faster processing, as provided by Cyrel® FAST.
