DuPont has announced the installation of a new Cyrel® Digital Imager, ESKO – CDI Spark 4835 at GOTEK CPU, Zheleznogorsk, Kursk.

The ESKO CDI Spark 4835 permits the manufacture of flexographic photopolymer plates up to 1200 mm (35.4") lengths х 900 mm (47.2") widths and is optimised for plate makers, flexible packaging, label and folding carton printers. Features include reliable high speed fibre laser with multi-beam optics and integrated plate loading table.

Adds Klochkov: "The reliability, simplicity of construction, high output potential, user friendly software and full automation significantly reduce human error and provide consistent quality. These features also considerably reduce order preparation. The technology has allowed us to reduce a manufacturing turn around time of seven to ten days down to one or two days even for the most complex designs.
