Brian Wagner  
Brian Wagner is an entrepreneurial business and technical leader with over 20 years experience across Packaging and Technology Integrated Solutions (PTIS), Kellogg's, Sara Lee, Multiform Desiccants, Carton-Craft Corp., Burger King and General Foods. Since 2000, PTIS has helped over 200 client organizations achieve better results through innovation, strategic organizational work as well as developing new growth and productivity initiatives.

Brian will be the Lead Juror/Facilitator for this year's DuPont Packaging Awards.
Jane Bickerstaffe
Director, Industry Council for Packaging and the Environment (INCPEN), United Kingdom
Jane Bickerstaffe  
Jane has been Director of *INCPEN since 2000.  She was a biochemist for a number of years, then worked for Cable and Wireless, Unilever, Metal Box (now Crown Europe) and in the early 1990s was a Special Advisor to the UK Government's first Minister with Responsibility for Recycling.
Aparecido Borghi
Packaging Development Manager, Pão de Açúcar Group (GPA), Brazil
Aparecido Borghi  
In his role, Borghi is responsible for strategic management of packaging innovation, sustainability, new technologies and costs savings opportunities.  He is co-responsible for the in-house design agency.  The Group`s Private Labels portfolio is composed of eleven brands and more than 8.000 sku’s (including foods & non-foods).  Borghi is also a support member for the Sustainable Development Committee at GPA.
Peter Clarke

Peter Clarke  
CEO Peter Clarke founded the research, design and development agency, Product Ventures, to help shape products and packaging to enhance consumers’ lives.  His passion, dedication and strategic vision have garnered Clarke enormous recognition for creating an agency that works with a veritable who’s who of leading consumer packaged goods companies and their best known brands. As a sought-after packaging expert, Peter Clarke has written numerous articles on design trends, is a frequent keynote speaker at leading conferences and serves as a judge on many prestigious awards.  He has been profiled extensively in the media as a regular contributor on Fox Business News, an expert design blogger for Fast Company and most recently was featured in the New York Times business section, “From Drumrolls to Designs”. 
Louis Lindenberg
Global Packaging Sustainability Director, Unilever, United Kingdom
Louis Lindenberg  
Louis has worked in both developed and emerging markets, which has given him valuable experiences across the board spectrum of consumers, customers, infrastructures,  governments and NGO's, managing teams dotted around the globe. He has radically transformed the R&D structural design organization, moving them from independent category groups, focusing on engineering design, to a single global design organization supporting all the categories, from design concept to realization.
Ann O'Hara
Vice President & General Manager, Amcor Flexibles, Asia Pacific
Ann O'Hara  
Ann O’Hara is Vice President & General Manager of Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific – Australia & New Zealand.  Ann joined Amcor in 2008 as Executive General Manager and a member of the Global Executive Team of Amcor.  In this role, she was responsible for company-wide functional initiatives and the integration of the $4b Alcan Packaging acquisition from due diligence through deal closure.  Prior to Amcor, Ann was with General Electric, McKinsey & Company and Procter & Gamble across roles in North America, Argentina, China, Germany and Sweden.
Michael Okoroafor
Vice President, Global Packaging & Execution, H. J. Heinz Company, USA
Michael Okoroafor  
Dr. Michael Okoroafor is currently the Vice President, Global Packaging Innovation and Execution at the H.J. Heinz Company.  In this role, he is responsible for setting overall global strategy and direction for the packaging organization, as well as implementing packaging innovation across various business units. In addition, he leads the External Innovation Organization across North America. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the H. J. Heinz Foundation. Under his leadership,  Heinz has launched several major packaging initiatives including; Dip N’ Squeeze, the first major change to the condiment pouch in the foodservice industry in over 40 years, which won the 2011 Dupont Award for Packaging Innovation.  Most recently, he led a strategic partnership with Coca Cola to launch PlantBottle™ , that is a revolutionary plastic which is 30% derived from plant. This partnership between Coca Cola and Heinz is a model of collaboration in the CPG industry.   
David Ruff

David Ruff is the Product Manager currently responsible for International Paper’s Packaging and Coated Bristol product lines.  He has over 30 years experience in papermaking research, new product development and product management.  His work involves close collaboration with customers, manufacturing and technology to create new or improved products or improved operational efficiency.   The product development efforts are focused on meeting evolving customer demands, new market opportunities or reducing environmental impact of Coated Paperboard products.

Thomas Schabinger  
As CEO of Mondi Coatings & Consumer Packaging, Mr. Schäbinger is responsible for 1bn € turnover and 2.800 employees on 21 production sites in Europe, USA and China.  His primary focus is on full integration of former Business Unit Flexibles, including Films and Consumer Bags.
