Molded hexagonal cream jars and diamond-like faceted bottle caps are among the growing number of perfume, cosmetics and personal care packaging components being shown by Politech at LuxePack Monaco and other key supply chain venues. The Osielsko, Poland-based specialty molder has mastered the art of clean production and high-quality finishing of decorative parts, with a commitment to using state-of-the-art methods and materials. Examples include use of DuPont™ Surlyn® PC-grade resins for premium finished part clarity, and use of modern, UV lacquers to reduce solvent use and related emissions into the atmosphere.

DuPont™ Surlyn® PC2000 resins have been adopted by Politech for its production of jars and caps featuring superior clarity. The resin has a proven track record in maintaining excellent gloss and clarity even when exposed to chemical ingredients typical in the perfume, cosmetics and personal care market.While crystal clarity is often the goal when molding DuPont™ Surlyn®, the resin is also readily designed into pigmented and bi-injection molded components to achieve colorful design effects.
