Elvaloy® modifier resins

DuPont™ Elvaloy® ethylene copolymer resins are typically used to modify other materials, creating increased toughness and longer service life.
DuPont™ Elvaloy® modifier resins include grades specifically designed for packaging manufacturers. Elvaloy® AC resins are ethylene copolymers used as an impact modifier (toughening agent) in CPET trays manufactured for packaging ready-to-eat meals. Elvaloy® PTW is an ethylene terpolymer the promotes toughening of PET. When used in a CPET tray formulation, Elvaloy® PTW provides both toughening and increases the melt strength of the PET.
