Core Value Awareness Week in Pakistan

DuPont in Pakistan organized a week long “Core Value Awareness Week (CVAW)” to bring a step-change in every employee’s commitment and engage employees to improve performance on DuPont Core Values.

“I am very proud of the commitment and contribution made by each employee towards bringing a step change in our core values. I was delighted by the enthusiasm. Our CVAW was truly commendable and demonstrated how we live our values….on and off the job. Keep up the good spirit,” commented Tauqir Ahmed, Country Manager, DuPont Pakistan.

Each day was dedicated to each core value; Safety and Health, Respect for People, Environmental Stewardship and Ethical behaviours. There were interactive activities, quizzes and creative role-plays to address local conditions and areas of further improvement.
