DuPont Protection Technologies Unites Advanced Fiber Systems, Nonwovens and Personal Protection Businesses
DuPont today announced the merger of three business units under a new name, DuPont Protection Technologies. The merger combines DuPont Advanced Fiber Systems, Nonwovens, and DuPont Personal Protection. The organization brings together technologies and products that protect lives, the environment and critical processes worldwide. Among the most well-known offerings are DuPont Tyvek® and Sontara® nonwovens, Nomex® and Kevlar® advanced fibers, and Tychem® protective apparel.
