After the initial 90-day transition period, customers will likely see additional changes as we evaluate the overall offering. DuPont understands that you may need time to process these changes and will communicate details on the changes as quickly as possible. The following items will be some of the first changes you can expect to see following the transition period:

Products: DuPont will evaluate the overall product portfolio, including DuPont and formerly Cardinal offerings, which may result in an elimination of duplicate products. If product lines change, DuPont will communicate the changes in advance to allow reasonable time for customers move into the new garment lines.

Product brands and names: As current inventories are replenished, the Cardinal name will be replaced on all products with the DuPont name. In addition, the Tyvek® brand will be added to all the Micro-Clean® products. At the same time, product labels and literature will change to incorporate a DuPont image.

Sterilization facility: DuPont will provide no less than 90 days notice prior to changing sterilization facilities, which is likely to happen later in the year.
