DuPont and Cardinal Health signed the Purchase Agreement on March 31, 2008 and closed the transaction on May 5, 2008.
There will be an initial transition period, during which we have no plans to change products, product brands, or pricing. After this transition period, we will work with customers to communicate any changes with enough lead time for them to update their systems as needed.
