2012年6月21日   杜邦公司(DuPont)对贺利氏(Heraeus)及SolarWorld提出专利侵权诉讼 杜邦公司昨日对贺利氏控股有限公司暨其客户SolarWorld Industries America, Inc.(德国SolarWorld集团之美国子公司)提出诉讼,指控其涉嫌侵害杜邦公司近期发表的光伏电池技术正面电极金属浆料材料的专利。在提交联邦法院的文件中,杜邦公司宣称,贺利氏及SolarWorld制造、销售或采用贺利氏正面电极银导电浆料,已侵害杜邦公司美国专利8,158,504 B2号。» 了解更多

January 29, 2009 DuPont Installs its Largest Solar Panel Array to Generate Energy Needs at Research Facility The Waimea photovoltaic installation is comprised of 1,500 panels – made from several DuPont photovoltaic materials -- produced by Evergreen Solar and installed by REC Solar. The one-acre array is capable of generating about 85 percent of the energy needs of the research facility.
