The Processing Data Sheets, which are contained in an Excel workbook, recommend important processing parameters for most DuPont Engineering Polymers commercial grades. After you have selected your desired grade you will find recommendations for:
- Melt temperature
- Cylinder temperature profile
- Mould temperature
- Optimum screw rotation speed
- Back pressure
- Injection hold pressure
- Injection hold pressure time
- Maximum material moisture content
- Drying temperature and drying time

The application is translated in more than 20 different languages for easy use. The file is regularly upgraded with new grades etc. and will expire 90 days after you first use it. When it has expired, just download a new version from the link below. The file contains macros, therefore you need to enable the macros when opening the file. If you can't open the file at all, you must change the macro security level in Excel to "medium" (Tools -> Macro -> Security).
