Low emission homopolymers…with high mechanical properties, including high strength and stiffness
The Delrin® product line offers an acetal homopolymer with extremely low volatiles: Delrin® 300PE. This enhances the low emission offerings of Delrin® 100PE and 500PE, and are designed for interior automotive applications. These low emission grades offer the same high mechanical performance at the standard high performance grades of Delrin® (Delrin® 100P, 500P, and 900P), including excellent creep and fatigue resistance.
Delrin® 300TE is a new medium-high viscosity toughened acetal wth extremely low emissions. It
provides a new option for a combination of flow and impact resistance in a low emissions package.
Recently launched are various UV resistant grades with the added feature of very low emissions: Delrin® 127UVE, 327UVE, and 527UVE. These will be available in natural, black, and a custom red color.
Medium-High Viscosity Acetal Homopolymer grade...with high mechanical properties including excellent creep and fatigue resistance...
Delrin® 300CP NC010 and Delrin® 300CP BK642 are two offerings with high tensile and impact strength, and excellent creep and fatigue resistance. The Delrin® 300CP is available in natural and a fully compounded black formulation which retains the high impact strength and toughness of the natural.
Food grade offerings include standard unreinforced grades in various flow rates and specialty designed grades…
Several grades of Delrin® have been introduced and are designed to meet new market needs for food contact applications. The food grades offer compliance with several regional regulations for the food industry. Two new specialty food grade offerings are the Metal Detectable Delrin® FG400MTD BLA079 and the X-Ray Detectable Delrin® FG400XRD NC010.
