Just added to the Delrin® Product Line are 3 new homopolymers with extremely low volatiles release: Delrin® 100PE, Delrin® 500PE, and Delrin® 527UVE.
New Low Wear / Low Friction resins…
Delrin® 100TL is a new acetal with 1.5% Teflon® PTFE in a high viscosity base polymer to give a resin with low wear and low coefficient of friction against a variety of countersurfaces combined with high impact strength. Delrin® 500MP provides a package of Teflon® PTFE and an advanced lubricant that gives good wear performance and processing flow.
Toughened product with balance of properties…
Delrin® 100T is a toughened grade of high viscosity acetal homopolymer with optimized toughness and good flow.
UV resistance and processing ease…
New Delrin® 327UV has a combination of enhanced weathering, such as for interior UV resistance, and molding productvity. Its balance of properties are evident in the high impact strength and good flow.
