New low emission homopolymers…with high mechanical properties, including high strength and stiffness
Just added to the Delrin® Product Line is a new acetal homopolymer with extremely low volatiles release: Delrin® 300PE. This enhances the current low emission offerings of Delrin® 100PE and 500PE, and are designed for interior automotive applications. These low emission grades offer the same high mechanical performance at the standard high performance grades of Delrin® (Delrin® 100P, 500P, and 900P), including excellent creep and fatigue resistance.
New Medium-High Viscosity Acetal Homopolymer grade...with high mechanical properties including excellent creep and fatigue resistance...
Delrin® 300CP NC010 and Delrin® 300CP BK642 are two new offerings with high tensile and impact strength, and excellent creep and fatigue resistance. The Delrin® 300CP is available in natural and a new fully compounded black formulation which retains the high impact strength and toughness of the natural.
Low Wear / Low Friction grades expanded with new grade...with high flow and excellent mechanical properties…
A new high flow (low viscosity) acetal homopolymer grade, Delrin® 1700SL is added to the already strong offerings in this area. Delrin® 1700SL is formulated with a special lubricant for applications requiring extremely low wear and coefficient of friction against itself or other plastics.

New Delrin® 150XV NC010 and Delrin® 150XV BK602 is a high viscosity acetal homopolymer with excellent thermal stability, low die deposit, and can be processed in void-free thick sections and plates. It resists discoloring with long hold times.
