Alesta® NIR powder coatings can melt, flow, and cure in as little as 3 seconds. Our unique 1-step process helps boost your throughput and lets you coat heat-sensitive products like hydraulic jacks, gas springs, and other products with internal fluid, gas or rubber seals.
The system is ultra-compact. So you can add NIR to your existing line to boost productivity and expand your capabilities with virtually no additional space requirements.
NIR penetration is confined to the surface at higher temperatures, but melts, flows and cures in seconds. So the material substrate is largely unaffected by heat. Unlike ordinary thermal cures which often require "heat soak."
