- Color: Checked by both a spectrophotometer and visual comparison in a McBeth Light Booth
- Gloss: Evaluated both visually and per ASTM D2794-93
- Appearance: Visual comparisons are made to the Quality Control standard
- Impact: Evaluated per ASTM D2794-93
- Flexibility: Evaluated per ASTM D522 93A
- Particle Size : Evaluated through a Alpine Jet Air Sieve and a laser Particle Size Analyzer
- Gel Time: Check the reactivity
- Pellet Flow: Check melt flow
- Sprayability: Visual examination through an Electrostatic gun
- Fluidization: Evaluated through Sames Equipment
