In an attempt to provide DuPont Powder Coatings customers with a realistic example of our products, the Customer Technical Support Department produces over ten thousand 3" x 2" (business card sized) color chips per month. These chips are actual representations of each product sprayed and cured (in accordance with our Technical Data Sheet) on an aluminum sheet. While they should not be used for physical testing, such as impact, they can be used for color, gloss, texture and MEK cure testing. They are also frequently used by our customers for marketing purposes.
