ReliatraN® is a brand for dry type power transformers with open winding.
The main insulation used for coils is heat and flame resistant DuPont™ Nomex® (insulation class 220ºС).
ReliatraN® Transformers’ overload capacity, insulation reliability, environmental friendliness, fire safety, climatic service conditions and other characteristics are superior to other devices of its class.
The coils are protected with Herberts® Electro, modern impregnating varnish from DuPont. The varnishing operation, performed under vacuum-pressure, ensures durable insulation layer up to 2mm thick, providing reliable insulation, protecting coils from environmental impacts without preventing efficient cooling of coils.
ReliatraN® Transformers are manufactured and widely used in the USA, China and Korea. Today DuPontТ™ ReliatraN® technology is being successfully adopted in Russia.
Characteristics of ReliatraN® Transformers:
- Power rating: from 50кVА to 12МVА;
- Voltage rating (HV): 6, 10, 24 and 35 kV;
- Operation, transport and storage conditions:
- Environmental temperature: from –60ºС to +55ºС,
- Relative humidity (highest value) at environmental temperature +35ºС: up to 98%;
- No risk of environmental pollution, including processes of recycling and reproduction of copper;
- High safety level: transformers can be located indoors: in schools, hospitals, residential buildings etc and within the underground facilities.
