DuPont and Megachim - one of Bulgaria’s biggest coatings and varnishes producers, launch a new paint product line branded with DuPont™ Teflon®. As a result of the partnership, Teflon® surface protector has been incorporated into Megachim’s paints and varnishes, namely Decorator and Aquis .

Teflon® surface protector, initialy applied mostly in the kitchenware, machinery & chemical industry, is now broadly used in the apparel, textile & household products and coatings.

Teflon® surface protector combines unique chemical and physical features and creates non-stick surfaces resistant to scratch, more durable and easy to clean.Before being introduced on the market, all Teflon® branded coatings were tested at the Haskell Laboratory and by the Food and Drug Administration Agency to ensure the highest quality standards and safety for end-users.

Megachim   is a Bulgarian coatings and varnishes producer founded in 1996. The company produces a wide range of paints, alkyd coatings; watersoluble paints for internal and external application, latex, hydrophobic coating, toners, varnishes and enamels, diluents, ground coat paints, etc. Megachim has 100 % Bulgarian share and it is the second among the biggest producers of coatings and varnishes in Bulgaria.
