DuPont™ Flashing Tape is our latest self-adhering flashing product that has been developed as a cost-effective, mid-performance flashing solution for residential flashing applications.

This new entrant is supported with residential flashing installation guides that cover standard flashing installations, such as flashing details for rectangular integral flanged windows.  With proper installation of DuPont™ Flashing Tape product according to these installation guidelines, the professional installer, builder or general contractor performing the installation is covered by a comprehensive 10-year product replacement warranty.

The DuPont™ Flashing Tape product has been designed to provide an optimum balance for delivering the flashing performance needed in today’s standard window constructions in the most cost-effective manner. The aggressive butyl adhesive layer (15 mil thickness) of DuPont™ Flashing Tape provides effective adhesion and bonding to challenging building material substrates, such as rough-side Oriented Strand Board (OSB).

Depending upon the customer’s end-use needs, DuPont™ Flashing Tape product can be conveniently purchased in four 30.48 meter rolls to the carton or as individually shrink-wrapped 30.48 meter rolls. Rolls are 101mm wide.
