Applications
1. Beverages
DLPS caters to Post Mix syrup dispensing need of the fountain vending of carbonated beverages with high quality Bag-in-Box packaging, These bags are available in nylon or metallized barrier construction. We offer customized bag sizes ranging from 3 litres to 1000 litres
2. Processed Foods
Aseptic and processed foods demand packaging that cannot be compromised. That's why we developed a totally integrated system that will protect its contents under any condition. We offer packaging solutions for both aseptic pouch and bulk aseptic applications. Our Brands: Mini-Sip™ & Starasept™ are proven winners for aseptic packaging in International Markets.
3. Dairy
Our bag-in-boxes have been the dairy industry's favorite packages since the 1960s because they are cheaper, cleaner and easier to transport than anything else available. In our Bag-in-box, dairy products have a shelf life of upto 90 days. These bags hold any dairy product, including ice cream and shake and frozen yogurt mixes.
In aseptic pouches our brand Mini-Sip® is enjoyed by more than four million children everyday in US, through the US School Milk Program.
4. Edible Oil
DLPS offers world-class Pouch Systems & Bag-In-Box Systems for packaging of liquid foods like edible oils.
Universally acknowledged Bag-In-Box Systems from DuPont (Liqui-Box(R)) offer longer shelf life & savings by using high barrier films to protect the valuable products of customers worldwide.
In addition to Bag-In-Box, we offer Pouch Systems for packaging edible oils. Specially engineered films tailored to meet diverse customer requirements like longer shelf life, better control on leakers, cost-effective packaging along with our high speed Vertical-Form-Fill-Seal machines ensure that a single source takes care of your packaging needs. We offer pack sizes from 100ml to 5 litres

Mini-Sip™
We at DuPont understand the consumer value of packaging,
and this made us design an innovative packaging solution that
creates a thrilling product consumption experience, be it juice
or milk.
For Juices, Mini-Sip™ is made on DuPont IS 7E machine that uses
advanced Hot-Fill technology that
- Eliminates the need for a cold chain for distribution
- Eliminates film sterilization by Peroxide Bath (packaging done at 85C)
- Uses the temperature of the product to sterilize the film, the machine has DuPont™ Teflon® coating and the film does not stick to the machine
For Milk, Mini-Sip is made on DuPont AS-6 machine that is the latest in
aseptic pouch packaging. The machine
- Gives a high through-put of 6000 pouches an hour (250ml – 1 Litre pouch size)
- Can package multiple pack sizes simultaneously on the two heads.
- Has an automatic programmable control system that ensures constant production and provides easy integration with the downstream equipment.
Starasept™
The Starasept™ Filler is a bulk aseptic filler that fills bag sizes from 6 gal.(22.7L) to well over 300 gal. Ensuring aseptic safety while providing the best possible means of preserving the original product quality at optimized system economy. Reliability, fail-safe controls, and user friendliness are key points that distinguish the LB Starasept in the aseptic bulk packaging arena.
