Acelepryn® Insecticide Performance Summary

Since 2003, leading entomologists throughout the United States have evaluated DuPont™ Acelepryn^® for turf insect control. In that time, over 300 field trial protocols with independent university researchers have demonstrated that Acelepryn^® is effective against every major turf-damaging white grub species. Further field trials in Australia have supported these findings. In particular, studies show that Acelepryn^®:

Controls a wide range of turf insects, including Argentine Stem Weevil, Billbug (La Plata
weevil) and caterpillars
Delivers flexibility in application timing, as well as the lowest application rate (150 gai/hectare)
ever utilised for white grub control
Provides up to 6 months control of key turf pests

Acelepryn^® Insecticide is Effective Against the Key Turf-Damaging Pests

** Result was based on no visible damage versus control rather than measurement of pest numbers

This chart shows the excellent preventative and curative performance achieved with a single application of Acelepryn^® insecticide. Preventative application were applied early in the season at the time of peak egg hatch and assessed after 3 months (Stem Weevil assessed at 7 weeks). Curative applications were applied late in the season when significant pest pressure and later instars were present.
