Pyralux® FR Copper-clad Laminate

DuPont™ Pyralux® FR is a commercial grade product ideal for industrial and telecommunication applications requiring flame retardancy. Pyralux® FR acrylic based laminates are made with DuPont™ Kapton® polyimide film and are available in sheet form as single or double-sided clads in a wide variety of thicknesses.

  • High thermal resistance
  • UL 94 VTM-0 flammability rating
  • Certified to IPC 4204/1

Pyralux® FR is also available as a coverlay, bondply or sheet adhesive.
