Luiz Fischmann
In February 2007, Luiz E. Fischmann was named global marketing manager for DuPont Qualicon, based in Wilmington, Delaware. In this position, he is responsible for developing and maintaining the DuPont Qualicon branding as well as formulating marketing and communications plans to generate and increase existing business.
Fischmann joined DuPont in 1996 as part of the new business development and planning organization. During his first ten years, he completed various assignments at DuPont Brazil, including marketing planning, business intelligence, new product launches, strategic account management, project management and new business development, primarily in the DuPont Crop Protection business.
In 2005, Fischmann moved to Denver, Colorado to lead multiple U.S. sales and marketing projects. He was certified as a Six Sigma black belt in 2006.
Fischmann holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
