DuPont Qualicon talks about food safety on Westwood One Radio
In conjunction with the Food Safety Summit held in Washington, D.C. this week, Amy Smith and Megan DeStefano had an opportunity to discuss food safety issues on the Late Nights with Jim Bohannon show. The program airs on Westwood One, which provides over 150 news, sports, music, talk and entertainment programs as well as features, live events and 24/7 formats. Westwood One serves more than 7,700 radio stations.
Amy B. Smith, Ph.D., serves as DuPont Qualicon's Technical Application and Regulatory Support Specialist. She previously served as head of Molecular Biology at the Louisiana Department of Health and as the Bioterrorism Coordinator at the Florida Department of Health.
Megan DeStefano is a Global Project Manager for DuPont Qualicon, managing the company's global portfolio of food safety products. She previously worked in marketing for both Nextel and Time Warner Cable.
