BAX® System PCR Assay

Listeria monocytogenes 24E

The BAX® system PCR assay for L. monocytogenes 24E, developed in collaboration with Oxoid, Ltd., detects even low concentrations of Listeria monocytogenes in food and environmental samples after just 24 hours of enrichment. Performance is comparable to culture but with faster time to result.

 Certifications  
    Performance Tested Method #080901 validated on bagged spinach, processed cheese, frankfurters, cooked shrimp and stainless steel. This test kit's performance was reviewed by AOAC Research Institute and was found to perform to the manufacturer's specification.
 

 QUA-18/05-07/08 certified according to AFNOR validation rules for all human food products* and environmentals.

*Smoked fish and raw charcuteries require use of buffer supplement.
