DuPont Safety Resources (DSR) recently provided a two-day workshop, "Behavior Based Safety Training" in Seoul, Korea. Over 70 operations managers in various industries including petrochemicals, construction, shipbuilding, and chemicals attended the training.

The seminar provided in-depth exposure to DuPont safety beliefs and practices and encouraged participants to incorporate safety messages into daily responsibilities. Through training, participants learned how safety can be integrated into management systems.

One participant said, "For a large part to the seminar, DuPont put special emphasis on relaying basic rules about safety and translating them into real actions. The workshop helped participants better understand practical and comprehensive methods on managing safety."
