At this year’s NSC Congress, Mike Hewitt , Vice President - Global Workplace Safety Practice at DuPont, presented an overview on the essential elements of safety and shared examples of how applying a holistic discipline prevents injuries and incidents, raises morale, increases productivity & improves financial results.
Bob Krzywicki of DuPont Safety Resources, discussed the recent successful partnership with the Los Angeles County 
Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA). He teamed up with Greg Kildare , a former LACMTA official and now Chief Risk Officer, Los Angeles United School District, to discuss how DuPont’s innovative partnership approach to managing safety enabled LACMTA to implement sustainable structures, processes and training programs.
